Dr. Nicole Kerner is a board-certified, menopause-certified ob/gyn with more than 20 years of experience in women’s health. At Alubri, she uses her clinical expertise to guide product development, ensuring every formula is safe, effective, and designed to truly support women’s bodies.

Dr. Kerner graduated from the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and
completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jefferson Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA. She is a highly respected expert in women’s health, specializing in the care of gynecologic patients. Throughout her distinguished career in academic medicine, Dr. Kerner has received numerous accolades recognizing her dedication to patient care, education, and innovation. Passionate about advancing sexual wellness and improving quality of life, she takes a compassionate and holistic approach to empower women at every stage of life.

Karen brings more than 30 years of expertise in cosmetic product development
and global regulatory affairs. At Alubri, she oversees every detail of our products —
from concept and formulation to clinical testing, safety, and quality — ensuring the
highest standards at every step.

As a breast cancer survivor, Karen is deeply committed to creating clean,
hormone-free formulas that women can trust. She understands the challenges of
menopause firsthand and channels that experience into solutions that truly support
women’s health and confidence.

With over 40 years of experience in cosmetic and personal care research, Celeste has dedicated her career to advancing skincare and wellness solutions. A recognized leader in developing innovative products, she combines scientific expertise with a passion for promoting women’s health, vitality, and confidence. At Alubri, she brings her expertise in innovative development to the women’s vaginal health category, creating clinically proven solutions that support overall wellness and empower women to feel their best every day.

Mariah Eckhardt is a seasoned consumer brand leader with over 25 years working across beauty, wellness, and natural products.  She most recently served as Vice President, Brand at the Clorox company focused on building brand fundamentals and social-first strategy.  Prior, she spent 18 years working on Burt’s Bees, part of The Clorox Company, most recently as the General Manager, where she guided business strategy, operations and demand generation.  Mariah focused on building brands and innovation that deliver meaningful consumer experiences and have a positive impact on people and the planet.

She began her career in advertising and brand marketing working in advertising and then brand marketing at Revlon.  Mariah is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in Raleigh, NC, with her husband and three sons.
