Shipping policy

All orders are processed within two business days of receipt. Orders under $50 will be charged a $6.50 shipping fee. Orders over $50 will ship free of charge. Expedited shipping is available for $12.50.

Orders are shipped via USPS and a ship confirmation email with tracking number will be sent if an email was provided with the order.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase our team will make it right. Please reach out to info@alubri.com within 30 days of delivery for support.
