Some women experience minor irritation when they first use Vaginal Moisturizing Gel. Vaginal tissue can lose moisture and/or elasticity as hormone levels fluctuate. Left uncared for overtime, the tissue can become inflamed and out of balance. The Vaginal Moisturizing Gel formula contains Lactic Acid which helps support a healthy environment but can have a temporary stinging sensation. The good news is that this irritation should subside as you rebalance the vaginal environment and strengthen the skin barrier.
